Hola, friends! We ( Sam&Isabeau) live in Alcalalí, a small village in the hills of Spain’s Costa Blanca, and this is where our Spanish recipe collection lives.

Over the years, we’ve built up a treasure trove of favorites: dishes we’ve cooked again and again at home, and a few special ones shared with us by local restaurants.
