Azul Nomad is a food and lifestyle website with Mediterranean recipes, ingredient guides and cooking tips, run by I. Lopez, La Almazara, Alcalali, Alicante, Spain (hola@azulnomad.com).

Use of our content

All text, recipes, photographs, graphics, logos and other content on the Site belong to Azul Nomad unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.

You are welcome to:

  • cook our recipes and share the results;
  • share a link to our recipes and articles;
  • share one photo with a short excerpt, as long as you credit Azul Nomad and link back to the original post.

Please do not:

  • copy, republish or translate our full recipes, articles or photographs without our written permission;
  • use our content for commercial purposes, or to train or build datasets for automated systems, without our written permission;
  • present our content as your own.

Recipes, food safety and allergies

We test and describe our recipes with care, but cooking results depend on your ingredients, equipment and technique. Cooking times, quantities and nutrition estimates are guidelines only.

You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies and dietary needs, and for following good food safety practice, including safe handling, storage and cooking temperatures. Content on the Site is for general information and is not medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition or special dietary requirement, speak to a qualified professional.

Comments and messages

Where comments are enabled, you are responsible for what you post. Please be respectful. We may remove comments that are abusive, spam, unlawful or off-topic, and we may block users who repeatedly break these rules.
